Requirements
- Individuals must have a valid Sentinel profile & Valid Sponsor who has authorised the training and registered for WSI on the E-Learning System managed by Tec Training (GB) Ltd.
- Individuals must complete the WSSI E-Learning prior to attending the assessment.
- Individuals must know their log in details/credentials prior to attending the assessment.
- Individuals must be a minimum age of 18.
- Individuals must have sufficient command of English language, as detailed in Network Rail Company Specification NR/S/CTM/021 (Competence & Training in Track Safety)
- Individuals must be computer literate and be familiar with internet access
- Individuals must have a mandatory 12 twelve (12) hour rest period before the course as per the rules on Working Time Regulations (1998) and Network Rail Standards NR/L2/OHS/003.
- For British Passport Holders, a valid in date passport OR an original UK birth certificate AND a full in date UK Driving Licence.
- For Non-British Passport Holders, a valid in date international passport AND a right to work (Share Code) displaying current and valid settlement status which can be obtained from the GOV website.
- Please note: London Underground (LU) follows the guidance laid down by the Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) and the Home Office UK (United Kingdom) Border Agency Guidance for Employers on Preventing Illegal Working.
- Please note: Delegates will be refused entry if all the above pre-requistes are not met.

LU-WSSI Competence
Results
Results for the LU-WSSI competence will be uploaded onto your Sentinel card/profile within 24 hours on successful completion of the event. Should there be any complication in uploading the competencies, we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
Cancellation
Where clients cancel courses within 14 days’ notice, the full fee will apply. If a candidate fails to attend at the appointed time and place or fails to bring with them the specified documentation stated in the joining instructions as required for their course/assessment, the full fee will apply. If a booking is made within 14 days of the event, the booking cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Same day bookings will be charged in advance of attendance and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Candidates must ensure that they can attend the scheduled event before finalising their booking.
Tec Training (GB) Ltd will endeavour to run all advertised and programmed events. However due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a particular event. In such cases, Tec Training (GB) Ltd will not accept any consequential liability irrespective of notice given.
